I click on CREATE A PROJECT and get a window where I put in title author.The instructions say " Once you’ve entered a Project name and decided where to store the Project document you’re ready to start working on the Project itself. Click the Create button at the bottom right of the Create Project dialog window to proceed"

I can't find the CREATE button.It is not on the window where I enter author /title

You'll see the window with the Create button before the window with the Title and Author fields. Name the Project at the top of the window, decide where to store it in the middle of the window then press the Create button at the bottom. That's when you'll see the Project window with the Title and Author fields at the top.
