 Post subject: ABB will not build book

I've used ABB successfully until now. I've imported CD's told it to finish and build the book. I get the message "joining chapters" but no progress along progress bar. I then get the "pinwheel" on my screen. When I choose "force quit" it says that ABB is not responding. Any advice?

Just wait a bit, give it time. wait an hour or maybe two, while its joining chapters.. that should do it.. well, unless you already waited that long last time. then there might be a problem..
