I love this app and have been making labels for gifts for friends. All was going well when suddenly, the labels at the top are printing too high, cutting off the top of the image, and those at the bottom are being cut off at the bottom.

I have checked to make sure the label paper is loaded correctly, and I have selected '5160' for the label size which matches the number on the label sheet.

It worked so well at first, but now, I cannot use the ones I printed out. 12 labels out of 30 are centered. Doesn't matter whether I use my own image or one of the decals. Would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

We can surely help figure out what's going on there but we'll need to gather some additional information. First off, does everything look normal in the Print Preview, with nothing showing as cutoff? Also, are things printing out fine from other applications?

Now, it would be especially helpful to see exactly what you're printing to check some measurements, if you'd be willing to email a file over to us at support@splasm.com . To generate a PDF version of the label sheet that's being printed, choose the Print option and then hit the PDF button in the bottom left corner of the print dialog to choose 'Save as PDF'.
