Any hope of merging transaction downloaded from bank with one in the register?

I have asked about this before (Post subject: Efficient management E-transactions paymentsPostPosted: Fri Jan 09, 2015 4:24 am).

Just got done with a couple of complex transactions and I am reduced to stickies on the monitor recording the underlying details.

My grief is in part because I have a clear memory of being able to do it years ago in Microsoft Money.

I have been using your product for years and this is the only area where i get seriously stuck.
