Unfortunately, CheckBook Pro isn't capable of generating an All Accounts Summary that shows Category subtotals broken-down by Account. That's a feature we can certainly look at supporting in a future version, though.

Perhaps, for now, you could include the Account name as a subcategory of your existing Categories—for example, you'd use "Medical:CD" inside the CD Account, in place of simply "Medical" (this way, you could see a grand total for the Medical Category across all your Accounts, as well as a total for the Medical entries in just the CD Account, down in the subtotal breakdown area).

That's too bad that the suggestion didn't work as hoped. But, we've definitely got the idea on our feature request list, which we consult as we plan future updates. Thanks!

It's certainly possible, Fred! The idea is still holding strong on our feature request list, after all, which we're always looking at as we develop new updates.
