 Post subject: Difficulty reconciling.

I have reconciled my bank account successfully for the last 14 months ending 10/31/22. This month I have had an unreconciled amount of $35.60. I carefully reviewed the statement against the Checkbook record twice before trying the Help instructions.

Following the instructions I clicked "Reset Unreconciled Entries" and all entries after the last reconciliation disappeared.

How can I restore them so I can continue to reconcile?

The Reset Unreconciled Entries option simply removes all active Resolved checkmarks. So, you should only see entries disappear after using that option if there's a Search Option applied. Try going to the white Search field at the top of the Reconcile section and emptying it of any text or spaces, then click the magnifying glass found inside that Search field to use the Clear All Search Options menu option. All entries in the currently selected Account should then become visible again, making it possible to go back through to try and isolate the discrepancy as you check-off everything appearing on the current statement once more, while also confirming the amounts match exactly.

to find an unreconciled entry, simply sort on the check mark at the top of the reconciled check boxes. after you locate it and either reconcile it or delete it, click on the date column to resort it by date,

I am also having a problem in reconciling. But first things first.
I did something to change the screen view. At the bottom of the
check register I no longer see the reconcile button. My screen view shows
"Entries" and "Summary". How do I get back to the right screen view so I can
start a reconciliation?

I solved my problem. Went to the menu and opened Accounts, deselected All Accounts and selected my checking account.
