Question regarding resolving. My previous attempts displays the stop icon. The directions state "enter the amount of your last reconciliation, from the reconciliation status message below the Account column, in the Statement Balance field". My question which of the entries under the stop icon "Account" do I use?

1)Account Balance:
2)Resolved Balance:
3)Unresolved.

The red exclamation mark symbol (stop icon) down at the bottom of the Reconcile section indicates a past reconciliation was compromised. What likely happened to cause the compromise was one or more Reconciled entries from a past statement got inadvertently deleted. What you may want to do is look over past data and see what’s now missing. Or, you can incorporate the Unreconciled amount (630.00) into your Starting Balance for your Account, to make it possible to Reconcile, here and now, with minimal effort—to get to where you can edit the Starting Balance, go up to click the Account menu at the top of the screen and selecting the Edit Account menu option. Another option would be to add a Deposit in the 630.00 amount and mark that as Resolved, with the only draw here being that the adjustment will show in the register.
