So I am brand new to Checkbook pro what I am looking for is very basic. I think I just want to import all transactions from Checking - Business and Personal and Savings and credit cards I need to be able to categorize each transaction for all accounts Also I need to keep up with deposits? I didn't see any deposits imported when I imported my business checking account transactions from my bank?? |

Let's first make sure CheckBook Pro really didn't pick up any Deposits when it imported the data. You might have one Deposit for every 20, 30, or even 100 Debits, making them a challenge to spot, especially if you flick-scroll or scroll quickly - and more so if you just imported several hundred or a few thousand Entries. A quick way to see all your Deposits is to click the word Amount, above the column of amounts, once or twice to have them grouped together at the top of the list. Can you give that a shot to see what happens? To go back to sorting by date afterward, click the word Date, above the column with dates, once or twice. |
