I'm using CheckBook Pro 2.6.4 for Mac. I don't see an option to back up my data to an external source such as an external hard drive or USB flash drive.

There should be the option under the file menu to create a back up. My backups are in Dropbox. I am not at my computer now, so I cannot check out exactly where it is, but I always backup ky data to Dropbox each time I use the app.

I just plugged in a flash drive, and chose Backup. Among the choices in the finder window was my flash drive, as well as the external hd I use for Time Machine.
