I inadvertently deleted my data. Don't ask.
It should be backed up into Carbonite, but I don't know what to look for. How would it be named, or what is the file format so I can search it out?

Should have extension .cbaccounts. I am away from my Mac just now, but i do believe that is correct. Look in your backed up documents folder. |
