I manage about 10 accounts in Checkbook Pro. Today is the first time I'm having this issue. When I try to import a file, all of the import options are greyed out but only for 1 particular account. All of the other 9 acts I can import a file on.

I also noticed that when I have the file open I can no longer add any transactions as well.

Hmmmm.....

Any suggestions?

Received a message back from support with this solution....

"Sounds like your Accounts may be in ten different documents, instead of all in one document, and the document without the import options or the buttons for adding new Entries is in "All Accounts" instead of in its single Account. Try clicking the Accounts button at the top right of the CheckBook Pro window once or twice to reveal the Accounts drawer, then single-click the name of the Account and everything should be back to normal."

It worked!
