My wife andI use the same Macbook Air, but we have two separate user accounts. I have purchased checkbook under my account and maintain accounts there. My wife would like to be able to load checkbook under her user account and access/maintain the same accounts that are under my user account. When she tries to load checkbook under her account, she is treated as a new licensee and offered a trial use. How can she access and use my checkbook and associated files under her user account?

My GUESS is that your data file - the one named "Accounts.cbaccounts" is in YOUR user document file. You probably have to move it to a top level location that is not user name defined.
