How do you make a subcategory? To explain....I have a category named beauty but I want subcategories under it such at barber, products, beauty shop.

The easiest way to add a subcategory is to type one into the Category field for an Entry after the Category, with a colon in-between. So, for example, you could put in "Beauty:Barber", "Beauty:Products", etc..
