I'm enjoying the trial of your software and wish to buy it. But I have a question:
Is it possible to do operations in bulk? e.g. If I have a bunch of entries that were all assigned to category X, but now I want to switch them all to category Y. Is there a way to do that in one operation? Or do I have to change 50 items one by one?

Thanks. :?:

In CheckBook Pro, multiple Entries can indeed be changed all at once. For this, you'll want to select multiple items by clicking them while holding down the Command key and then hit the Change button or double-click within the selection. To quickly select a contiguous set of Entries, select the topmost item and then, while holding down the Shift key, click the bottommost item.

Thank you, Allan. I had, while waiting, figured it out myself. What I didn't realize yesterday when I failed at doing bulk changes was that I had to check off the boxes of the parameters I wanted to change (duh). Today, the light went on and I've been bulk changing lots of things. This is a great software program. I used to use Quicken for Mac and then switched to SEE Financial. I find this so much easier to navigate. Almost makes tax prep bearable. Almost.

That's great that you were able to figure it out on your own and that you're enjoying using the application so much!
