Is there a way to sort by more than one column? When I sort by the resolved column and have the unresolved entries at top, the first entry below the unresolved is the oldest entry. I'd like it to be the most recent resolved entry.

The capability to sort by two different fields isn't available at this time. That's a neat idea, though, so that's something that can be added to our feature request list for consideration for a future release.

If you ever want to see just Resolved Entries sorted with the latest item at the top, you could sort by Date and then use the Resolved Search Option to filter-out just those items. To activate the Search Option, click the small magnifying glass symbol in the white Search field at the top of the window and then select 'Resolved'.
