Hello, I just purchased a copy of checkbook recently but am having trouble making the summaries show what I need.
First of all I am not able to produce any information when I create a summary with a filter for the 'to/from' field. No matter what I do, if I make a summary with a filter for the 'to/from' field nothing shows up.
Secondly, when I make a summary that includes categories applied to split items it will include other items from different categories that are within the split item.
Seperate from these two things I find one other characteristic of the summaries very unhelpful. The summary only gives you the 'description', 'category', and 'amount' even when 'entry details' is selected. It should also include, or at least give you the option to include, other fields that you may need to see as well such as 'to/from' and 'type'.
I really wish the summary section would give you more control over the reports. It is very frustrating. Does the pro version give you better control over the summaries?
