Hi,

Is there a lower price to upgrade from checkbook to checkbook pro, as compared to purchasing checkbook pro?

Also, what would be the simplest way to take my checkbook data into checkbook pro?

If you originally ordered the basic CheckBook at our online store, we can provide a coupon that'll deduct the basic price from a Pro purchase. Just email your order details (the email or name you used to purchase with will do) to us at customerservice@splasm.com and we'll get you the upgrade info.

Is this coupon of which you speak still applicable? And is it possible to not only upgrade to Pro, but also get the family pack so I can still track our accounts while my husband travels with my laptop?

Hi Jen,

Anyone who originally ordered from our online store can get an upgrade coupon anytime—just shoot us an email telling us what you want.

In your case, if you're the only one using CheckBook Pro on the two Macs, you won't actually need a Family Pack license. That would be something to explore should your husband decide he'd like to use CheckBook Pro on the laptop with a different data set. Basically, a single user license covers a user for using the application on any number of Macs they want to download it to. When you upgrade, just use the same download link to install the application on your main Mac and then your laptop.
