I am using two separate check books in CBPro.
On the right side it shows the two separate accounts.
I can click on each account and the main screen switches between accounts.
When I do a backup, does it only backup the account which is active, or
does it do a back up on both accounts? The filename looks the same no matter
which account is the active one.
Do I need to save the backups for each account in a separate folder?
Thanks in advance

The backup accounts menu option backs up all accounts in the same file, regardless of which one is selected.

So is there any way to back up accounts separately?
I have three different accounts but would like to backup or
export (as a QIF) only one to put on a memory stick and use at work
with their checkbook software.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can export using the Export menu within the File menu at the top of your screen. The QIF options allow you to export current filter results, one specific accounts, or all accounts together.
