Post subject:  Import problem - adding two 0's after each amount of money

Hello,

I've got a problem with the export/import function in Checkbook. When I export my account as a .qif and import it on an other account, it adds two 0's after each amount of money (example €64,15 becomes €6415,00).

I need to export my account so I can sync with other mac's. Or is there any better way to do this?

Thanks in advance,

Can you tell us what your Import Options are set to for the decimal separator? CheckBook exports to QIF with a period as the decimal separator - so you would get the an extra two places before your decimal, just like you're seeing there, if your options are set to use anything besides a period as the decimal separator.

Ah thanks for the info! After changing the separator it is working! Only problem with this solution is that the tax deductible check wasn't imported this way.

We now work with the "backup accounts" options, and it works perfectly! Great app and keep up the good work!
