1. I have built plenty of Audio Books before I had ABB and there are a lot that are longer than 12 hours - and they play without issues on my gen. 4 and 5.5 iPods. Please lose the 12 hour limit - or make it overrideable
2. I usually rip my files from CD using iTunes. Audiobooks get ripped as 32 bit mono/64-bit stereo AAC files. ABB only really needs to concatenate the files, no AAC conversion is required.
3. ABB doesn't need to copy the files into the project, a sym-link would suffice. I never keep the projects, all I want is the finished file.
4. Read ID tag info from first file processed. Most of the info is already there from when the file gets imported/ripped into iTunes.
5. Remember location of ABB window position. Every time I finish a project and start a new one, the initial screen appears in the middle of screen 1 and I have to move it to the corner of screen 2. The file create dialog box then jumps to the middle of screen 1 again. The next window remembers its position, so it can't be that difficult
.
That's about all for now ... I'm sure, I can come up with more as I go along.
