Importing a CD currently requires the following workflow (unless I'm missing something):

1) Hit key to open the CD tray.
2) Physically insert CD.
3) Hit key to close CD tray.
4) Wait until CD mounts, until iTunes grabs the track database, and then hit Audiobook Builder's "Import CD" toolbar button.
5) Hit Import button
6) Wait for track import to be done.
7) Hit key (or once fixed, Eject button in Audiobook Builder to eject CD.
8) Rinse and repeat at Step (1).

How about collapsing steps 3 through 7 so that once you initially tell AudioBook Builder that you want to import a series of CDs, after each CD is inserted Audiobook Builder notices this, automatically waits until iTunes retrieves the track database (4), automatically begins the import process (5), automatically ejects the CD (7), and awaits the insertion of the next CD to begin again automatically with (4).

This would remove several manual steps, each of which wastes a bit of time, which adds up if you're importing several books at once.

Thanks!

streamlining the CD import process is on our list of requests for Audiobook Builder. We will give definitely be considering this when we put together the next feature set for Audiobook Builder. Thanks for the request!
