OS is 10.11 Hardware is: Model Name: MacBook Pro Model Identifier: MacBookPro8,2 Processor Name: Intel Core i7 Processor Speed: 2.3 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 4 L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB L3 Cache: 8 MB Memory: 16 GB Boot ROM Version: MBP81.0047.B2A SMC Version (system): 1.69f4 Serial Number (system): C02F95PQDMGG Hardware UUID: 729B2AB3-5DB2-5910-BD91-2C7DF0DE340C I had an older version of Audio Book Builder which stopped responding. My solution was to totally delete the version I had and reinstall. I used a file find program and deleted anything with splasm in it I went online and bought a new copy. I installed the new copy but am unable to get it to start. I click on it and nothing happens. The icon for it bounces in the dock but the app does not open. How do I get the app to start? |

It looks like we got you taken care of through email support but for anyone else experiencing something similar: there’s an issue on El Capitan that prevents Audiobook Builder from launching properly. We have a new version of the application in the works that works-around that issue.
