Post subject: Ipod touch 4h Audiobook builder and earphones

I have a Ipodtouch 4th generation I have been using it with audiobook builder for 3 months and it was working fine, now when I try to listen to a book through the earphones I can not hear a book. I can hear music through the earphones. I can hear the books through the Ipod speakers.
Any ideas????

Mary emailed us as well as posted, and she was able to resolve her problem. It turns out her 3rd party headphone plug was not fitting properly in the headphone jack and was giving her problems with mono sources but worked with stereo sources. She went back to the apple earbuds and everything was back to normal.
