About 40% of all the audiobooks I try to build on Audiobook Builder leave me with the message

I have the updated ABB1.2.2 and updated Quicktime. MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard 10.6.4.Was attempting to import a book of about 12 hours length.

I am so tired of this happening!!!! It's a lot of time to import all the discs and then poof! you have nothing to show for it except aggravation. Is there some kind of fix? Something I'm not doing?

It's probably not something you're doing but it could be something specific to your Mac, such as low disk space or bum luck with your hard drive. 1.2.2 shouldn't have issues with low disk space so we'll start with the hard drive and move on to obscure errors between Audiobook Builder and QuickTime.

Would you mind doing a few things to help us get this resolved for you? First, get a small Project to produce the error. Create a System Profiler report (open /Applications/Utilities/System Profiler.app and select "Save" from the File menu). Then, send us the report and the Project (compress the Project first - select it in the Finder then choose the "Compress" option from the File menu). We can test it here, work on the issue, then send you a link to a version of Audiobook Builder with the fix.

To send the Project you'll want to use iChat or AIM or Skype. Our screen name is splasmsoftware and we're set up to receive file transfers automatically. Just let us know when the transfer is complete and we'll get to work. Thanks!
