After 3 crashes trying to import CDs directly into ABB, I reverted to importing them into iTunes, then adding the tracks from there into my ABB project.

So, after this builds, I can delete the separate tracks, right?

And any idea why it keeps crashing? The import starts fine, but about 3/5ths in, it stalls, the drive starts whirring up and down rhythmically, and I have to Force Quit to move on. As mentioned, the disks import fine using the same drive directly into iTunes.

Thanks!

You can delete the separate tracks in iTunes after you import them into Audiobook Builder.

The most likely culprit would be damage to the discs. iTunes has a bit more robust handling for damaged discs and can sometimes struggle through them. You may want to look for missing audio, skips or garbled output on your resulting files though.
