Using AB 4.1. Cds are not changed to chapters?

Post subject:  Using AB 4.1. Cds are not changed to chapters?
I was using version 4.1 and read all directions several times now. I imported each CD of 11. Then would eject and add another. Result is 11 cds under book tiltle . The directions say it should have converted each cd to chapters when completed. What step did I miss. I see that 4 people read my previous post. But no one answered.
Someone take pity. I spent a lot of time importing this and would like to do several more to learn the process . I had used it two years ago and they went into Itunes just fine. I need someone to point out my mistake. Besides being lame.

Well as no one helped. I did some guessing and found an icon to click which went on to making my audiobook, but no chapters until after in Itunes. Not like screen shot at all. I hope I can use this alone again as this forum doesn't appear too helpful to newbies. too bad. Anyone who needs help in future can ask me. I am not above helping others.

Getting an answer hours after a post is a tall order for a smaller community like this. Your best bet for support is to email us at support@splasm.com (which you did indeed do), but even then it may take us a day to answer your email.

I email you earlier this morning regarding your issue and hope you received it. Let us know if you need anymore help.
