<sigh> I would have sworn there was an EJECT button in the previous version. When the cd has loaded, SHOW DETAILS/IMPORT and then I could eject the cd using the application. Now I have to use the hard eject button on my keyboard. Where have I gone wrong? <heavier sigh>

Oh yes, and there used to be tone that let me know when the cd had imported so I could haul my a... er, switch focus to the application and then EJECT the disc and start a new one.

eta - I knew there was an EJECT button. I've reloaded the old version and will wait until this is fixed to reload the new version

Someone...(me)...accidentally removed the Eject button from the English version of Audiobook Builder 1.1.x. Not a conscious maneuver, I must tell you. We also went through a rebuild of the Xcode project a couple of months ago and didn't add our custom sounds back into the mix. That seems more like a semi-conscious maneuver...as we hear those sounds often enough that we desperately claw to disable them now...

We'll have both issues resolved in 1.1.2. In the meantime you can assign another sound to play at the end of building and other time-intensive processes in Audiobook Builder's preferences.

Thanks for finding those oversights!

Thank you. My sanity - for the moment - is still intact.

I've been a user of many custom applications at work. Unfortunately I'm known as a bug light - someone who attracts things that go wrong. That user who does that "they'll never" key combination or request. Don't know how I feel about it extending out of the confines of the office

Hello
I've just updated to the 1.1.5 version... and the eject button is once again missing in action.
Am I correct in thinking that it should be on the reveal when the "details" are accessed. That's the point at which I rename the disc to something like "disc 1" and then eject.

Thanks

The button should be displayed on the lower left corner of the 'Import CD' sheet after hitting the 'Import CD' button. We have not had an eject button in the details section of the Chapters tab.

It is indeed back where it belongs in 1.1.5.

Thank you for that very quick reply! I was just returning to <sheepishly> edit my request since I located the button shortly after posting.

Will retire to drink more coffee and learn patience.
