| Post subject: | Where oh where are my "positioning within a book" controls? |
(Playing on an iPhone GS with the latest system updates.) I don't know if this has anything to do with my move to Snow Leopard, but in previous audiobooks I built with ABB, when I played them there was a cool control that let me move around within the chapter I was listening to (even cooler in that the more vertical distance away I got from the control knob, the scaling of how much a horizontal movement moved within the chapter became more sensitive.) I even recall a button that would move back 30 seconds. The three books I just built from standard Audio CDs, however, do not display this control when played, only leaving the |<< and >>| "go to beginning or end of chapter" buttons. I'm either thinking of something else, going crazy, or something's changed. And I really miss that finer control over positioning within a book. How do I get it back? Thanks. |

Jeff, If you touch once on the cover art of the book you are listening to, you should get more controls to show themselves under the top bar. the position slider, along with the 30 second skip button. Let us know if this brings back the extended controls you are looking for. |
