| Post subject: | Viddyup! crashing |
I got viddyup! today, and it seems to crash when I try to convert a file. This is the first file Im converting, and it's an mp4, which I want to convert to avi, while adding hebrew subtitles. also, in the preview, it only shows the first line of the subtitles, and in what remained after it crashed, they also only appeared the first time Thanks for the help in advance, Dan |

Dan, Would you mind emailing us a system profile report just after you duplicate the crash? You can send us the report by going to the Apple in the upper left of your screen, and selecting 'About this Mac...'. From there you will see a little window with 2 buttons on it. Click on the 'More Info...' button at the bottom. This will open the System Profiler application. While running System Profiler, go to the File menu and select 'Save'. This will pop up a window where you can choose where you are going to save your report. Once this is done, you can find your report where you have saved it and drag it to a new email to us. You can use support@splasm.com as the address. Thanks for your help, Dan. |
