Yes, as long as you have Flip4Mac WMV installed, you can process WMV files with ViddyUp! or any other QuickTime based application. To set individual poster frames for each movie, just select each movie in the queue, find the frame you want as the poster frame in the movie preview, and click the camera button just below the movie preview. You will hear a shutter sound and see the updated poster frame in the listing for that movie in your queue.

To ensure adding WMV's to ViddyUp! works a bit smoother, you will want to go to the system preferences after you install it, click on the Fip4Mac WMV preference pane, click on the Player tab, then the Advanced button. In the window that pops up, Click the plus button at the bottom and add ViddyUp! to the list of Applications that imports the files completely before loading.

Keep in mind, Flip4Mac WMV will put a watermark over any video processed with their free version. Once you purchase Flip4Mac WMV, the watermark will disappear. Flip4Mac is an independent product and is not affiliated with ViddyUp! or Splasm Software.

QuickTime can handle most formats, while Perian and Flip4Mac help out with some others. For WMVs, you'll want to have Flip4Mac for sure, but again, you'll need to get it registered to avoid having the watermark added to your files.
