After updating my registered Podner to version 1.5 it no longer works. What happened here? Any thing to try to correct this?

Thanks All

Russ

Russ:

Thank you for reporting this. We need a little bit of information about the files you're asking Podner to process. Can you tell us the exact path to one of the files? The easiest way to do this would be to make a screenshot of one of the files' Get Info window:

1. Select the file in the Finder
2. Select Get Info from the File menu
3. Hold the Apple key and Shift key with one hand, then press the 4 key at the top of the keyboard with your other hand. Your mouse arrow will change to a crosshairs.
4. Press the Spacebar once. The crosshairs will change to a little camera.
5. Hold the camera over the Get Info window and press the mouse button once
6. Look on your Desktop for a file named Picture XX.png. XX will be a number from 1 to the number of screenshots already on your Desktop.
7. Send us the screenshot at support@splasm.com

We'll let you know what we find.

Thanks to Russ's screenshot we were able to locate the most likely cause of this issue: a last second change to the way Podner handles file paths, which we weren't aware would only work with Mac OS X 10.4 or later. We've made the fixes available in a new build of Podner, available at http://www.splasm.com/special/podner/Podner_1.5.1a1.zip .
