Why is it that I can use whatever settings I want on the video and when I click Process, it brings down a window saying processing the first 2.5 minutes of "(the movie title)"? Why will it not process the entire movie?

The 2.5 minute limitation should only apply when Podner is not registered. I looked for your registration in our records here but could not find your email address or full name. Have you registered Podner yet?
